Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 2026 · Applies to CHATTUMBO.com, operated by Halite, LLC

CHATTUMBO works because people show up as themselves and give conversations a real chance. These guidelines describe what that requires.

Do

  • Be who you say you are.
  • Give a conversation a genuine chance before ending it.
  • Ask before sharing anything explicit or personal.
  • Respect a "no" — to a Tunda request, a topic, or continuing the call.
  • Report behavior that violates these guidelines.

Don't

  • Harass, threaten, or demean another user.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age.
  • Use CHATTUMBO to run scams, solicit money, or defraud anyone.
  • Use the platform for unsolicited advertising, spam, or mass promotion.
  • Attempt to farm Tumbo Points or ChatTumbo Credits through fake or coordinated behavior.
  • Record or redistribute another user's conversation without consent.

Enforcement

Violations can lead to warnings, safety holds, feature restrictions, or account termination. See the Reporting and Scams & Fraud pages for how enforcement works, and how to appeal.
