Swear Jar is a distinct, optional CHATTUMBO mode. It never activates inside a normal CHATTUMBO conversation, and it's never the main event — relationships and human discovery are still what CHATTUMBO is for.
How it works
- Swear Jar is completely separate from normal CHATTUMBO — it requires its own explicit opt-in before you ever enter it.
- You need a minimum $10 Swear Jar balance to start a session.
- Once a session starts, the conversation itself is unlimited — there's no per-minute or per-call charge.
- Each qualifying swear deducts $1 in ChatTumbo Credit value from your separately tracked Swear Jar balance.
- Normal CHATTUMBO conversations never create a Swear Jar deduction.
- Your charge history is reviewable in your account at any time.
- If you believe a charge was incorrect, you can appeal it — see below.
Consent
Before your first Swear Jar session, you'll be asked for explicit consent describing exactly how charges work. You can decline and use CHATTUMBO normally without ever touching Swear Jar.
Disputing a charge
You may dispute a deduction within 45 days after it appears in your transaction history. CHATTUMBO may initially use automated review and may conduct a manual review when appropriate. Reviews generally take one to three business days, although complex matters may take longer. If a deduction is incorrect, the applicable ChatTumbo Credit will be restored or refunded as appropriate; submitting a dispute does not guarantee reversal.
