What we collect
- Account information you provide, such as an email address and interests.
- Age-verification results (a pass/fail verification outcome, not a copy of your ID retained by CHATTUMBO beyond what the verification provider requires).
- Conversation metadata needed to operate matching, Tumbo Points, and safety enforcement — not necessarily full audio retention beyond what's needed for safety review and legal compliance.
- Purchase and preorder records, handled through our payment processor; CHATTUMBO does not store full card numbers.
- OAuth connections you explicitly authorize to platforms like Instagram, X, YouTube, GitHub, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, and Spotify — only the scopes needed to display what you choose to share with a Tunda.
- Device and analytics data used to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
- To operate matching, the AI host, Tunda relationships, and Swear Jar.
- To verify age and enforce our safety and community policies.
- To process preorders and purchases.
- To communicate service updates and, where you've opted in, product updates.
Connected social accounts are never shown to strangers. They only become visible to a Tunda after a mutual Add, and only for the specific accounts you've chosen to share.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your conversation content.
- We don't expose social connections outside a mutual Tunda relationship.
- We don't retain full ID images beyond what's required for verification and legal compliance.
Your controls
You can review and revoke connected-account sharing at any time, request a copy of your account data, and request deletion, subject to safety and legal record-keeping requirements.
