Eligibility
Human conversation access on CHATTUMBO requires age verification confirming you are 18 or older. CHATTUMBO is not available to minors.
The service
CHATTUMBO matches verified adults for audio conversation, offers an AI host while a human match isn't available, and lets mutually-added Tundas see social accounts each person has chosen to share. CHATTUMBO does not guarantee a match, a compatible conversation, or a relationship outcome.
ChatTumbo Credits and preorders
- A preorder purchases a ledger-recorded entitlement to ChatTumbo Credits for eligible paid features after the service opens to your verified and eligible account.
- The qualifying $20 Founding offer includes $20 in purchased ChatTumbo Credits and $10 in separately tracked promotional Credits.
- Promotional Credits are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and are not independently refundable.
- A preorder does not guarantee admission or availability on a particular date.
- The expiration treatment for purchased and promotional Credits is under attorney review and must not be represented publicly until finalized.
- Purchases are one-time unless you explicitly select a subscription.
Cancellation, activation, restoration, dispute, and refund treatment is described in the Purchase, Preorder, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Founding 1,000
Founding 1,000 status is a product designation and founding-pricing benefit. It is not equity, ownership, an investment, or a guarantee of future financial value.
Swear Jar
Swear Jar is an optional mode requiring separate consent, a minimum starting balance, and per-instance deductions as described in the Swear Jar Rules. Disputes and corrections are governed by the Purchase, Preorder, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Conduct
You agree not to harass, defraud, impersonate, or endanger other users, and to follow the Community Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, safety holds, suspension, or termination, with an appeals process described in the Safety Center.
Third-party platforms
Once a Tunda relationship is mutual, activity on connected platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, GitHub, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, Spotify) is governed by those platforms' own terms. CHATTUMBO cannot control conduct occurring off-platform.
Disclaimers
CHATTUMBO is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific match outcome, or that any user's identity claims are accurate beyond our stated verification process.
Changes
We may update these Terms as CHATTUMBO evolves through Early Access and beyond; material changes will be posted here.
